Turn back time at GLITTERAMA when dance music legends Martha Wash and Kristine W team up with drag comedian Jackie Beat and renowned DJs The Perry Twins in a one night only three hour event at the historic AVALON Hollywood (1735 N. Vine Street, Los Angeles) on Thursday, June 8, 2017.
In addition to a 90-minute live show presenting the original Weather Girl™ and Grammy-nominee Martha Wash’s first LA concert in over ten years; Kristine W, named one of Billboard's top 10 dance music artists of all time; and drag superstar Jackie Beat; GLITTERAMA also features The Perry Twins DJ’ing 90-minutes of chart-topping hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s!

GLITTERAMA will feature live performances by superstars Martha Wash (the original Weather Girl™), best known for her iconic hit "It's Raining Men", and Kristine W, named one of Billboard's top 10 dance music artists of all time. Ms. Wash is a 2-time Grammy nominated singer, record producer, songwriter, activist and music executive. She is the iconic voice behind some of the top-selling, most recognizable hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s including her solo recordings and projects with Sylvester, Two Tons O' Fun (later The Weather Girls), C+C Music Factory and Black Box such as "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" and "Strike It Up".

MARTHA WASH has a voice that’s made millions dance for more than 30 years. A 2-time Grammy nominated singer, record producer, songwriter, activist and music executive, she is the iconic voice behind some of the top-selling, most recognizable hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s including 13 #1 Billboard dance hits.

Drag superstar Jackie Beat has been entertaining audiences for over twenty-five years with her razor-sharp comedy, hysterical song parodies, sold-out one-woman shows and hilarious YouTube music videos seen by millions of people. Jackie’s stand-up comedy and scathing song parodies have been featured on Comedy Central, VH-1, MTV, America’s Top Forty with Ryan Seacrest and The Howard Stern Show. A proud Writers Guild member, Jackie has written for shows including E’s “Fashion Police” and for the likes of Rosie O’Donnell, Ross Mathews, Margaret Cho, Sandra Bernhard and more. Jackie has also toured with Roseanne Barr and is lead singer of popular electro-rock band Dirty Sanchez.
