PAWS/LA recently moved its operations to 2121 S. Flower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007. The new office and food bank is approximately one mile south from its previous location on Hope Street in Downtown Los Angeles. For PAWS/LA, the Los Angeles-based nonprofit with more than 26 years of experience serving low-income pet guardians, the new office space means improved client service, new amenities for employees and room for growth. |
“We are excited to open our doors at a new office space that will allow us to better fulfill our mission,” said Pamela Magette, Executive Director of PAWS/LA. “As always, our primary goal is to continue providing the support and care that keeps our clients and their animal companions together. We hope to call our new office ‘home’ for many years to come.”
The food bank at the corner of Hope Street and 12th Street remained open through January 1, 2016 and as of the new year, all services will take place at the new office at 2121 S. Flower Street.
PAWS/LA worked with its clients and volunteers to provide additional pet food as was needed in the weeks before the move. The organization’s phone number 213-741-1950 will remain the same in order to prevent any lapse in access to its services.
The new office on S. Flower Street is conveniently located a few steps from both the Metro Expo Line and Metro Blue Line. It is also directly across the street from Los Angeles Trade Technical College and blocks from the campus of the University of Southern California.
