1st Annual ReelDog Film Fest

On Saturday September 26, 2009, PAWS/LA presented the first annual ReelDog Film Fest, a cinematic celebration of all things canine! The film festival was held under the stars at Cheviot Hills Park in West Los Angeles where film lovers shared a night out with their favorite canine companions.

The festival showcased the winners of the juried competition of canine-related short films including Dog Park Phenomenon, by indie-film writer/director Matt Koval; and Whose Dog Is It Anyway by Golden Globe/Emmy winner Cindy Chupack.

Participants also enjoyed walking around a flea market of canine related products such as beds, toys, leashes, collars, and more.

All of the money raised went to support the programs and mission of PAWS/LA.
